Fluents builds voice agents that hold real phone conversations. They answer your number, call your contacts, take the details, book the meeting, and pass the call to a person when that is the right thing to do. You configure them in a browser. There is no code involved unless you want there to be.

The fastest way to understand the product is to build something small with it.
1

Answer a call

Create your first inbound agent takes about fifteen minutes and ends with an agent you can phone.
2

Make a call

Create your first outbound agent builds one that rings a lead and books a meeting or a callback.
3

Call a list

Set up your first campaign points that agent at contacts, two of them, so nothing can go badly wrong.

How the documentation is organised

Quickstart is three short builds. Follow one end to end. Feature guides describe each part of the platform in detail. Every button and setting is named there. Start with Agents, since almost everything else attaches to one. Core concepts explains how the pieces fit together, for when you are designing rather than clicking.

The pages people need most

  • Agents for the prompt, voice, skills and settings.
  • Calls for reading what happened on any conversation.
  • Campaigns for reaching a list of people.
  • Numbers for the phone numbers everything runs on.
  • Testing an agent for changing a prompt without wondering what you broke.
