This documentation site has two ways to find an answer quickly.
These are features of the documentation site you are reading, not of the Fluents platform.

The search box at the top searches every page. Press Cmd K, or Ctrl K on Windows, to open it from anywhere. Search is the better tool when you know roughly what the thing is called.

Ask a question

There is also a chat box that takes a question in plain language and answers from the documentation. This is the better tool when you do not know what the thing is called, which is most of the time. “How do I stop the agent hanging up too early” will find the right page faster than guessing at a term.
The assistant answers from these pages. Where documentation is wrong or out of date, the assistant repeats it confidently. If an answer contradicts what you see in the platform, the platform is right.

When neither helps

Use the Contact link in the top navigation, or email support@fluents.ai. Telling us what you searched for is genuinely useful. A question the docs failed to answer is a documentation bug, and it gets fixed faster when we know the wording you tried.
