Voices is the library of voices your agents can speak with. Fluents ships a set, and you can import more from a provider you have an account with.

The library

The list shows every voice available in this environment. Filter by Provider or by Created By, or search by name. Providers are Azure, Eleven Labs, Rime, Cartesia, Google and Gradium.

Import a voice

Use this when you have cloned or bought a voice on a provider and want an agent to use it.
The Import Voice dialog with Eleven Labs selected, showing Stability, Similarity Boost and Model ID below the Voice ID field
Four fields are always there.
Everything below Voice ID changes with the provider. Azure offers Rate and Pitch, both defaulting to medium. Eleven Labs offers Stability, Similarity Boost and a Model ID. Pick your provider first, then fill in what appears.
The Voice ID comes from the provider, not from Fluents. The dialog shows an example of the right shape for whichever provider you pick, such as en-US-JennyNeural for Azure.

Choosing a voice for an agent

Voice is set on the agent’s Basic Information tab, along with the language and a Speed slider. The play button previews the voice so you can hear it before committing.
Preview with your own opening line rather than the default. A voice that sounds right reading a sample sentence can sound wrong reading yours.
