A campaign schedule decides when a campaign is allowed to contact someone. It sets the days of the week, the hours within those days, and the timezone those hours are measured in.
You need at least one campaign schedule before you can create a campaign. The campaign dialog will not let you continue without one.
Schedules are reusable. Most teams keep a small number, such as one for business hours and one for evenings, and point every campaign at the right one.

Creating a schedule

Go to Campaigns in the sidebar, then Schedules, and select New Campaign Schedule. You can also create one without leaving the campaign dialog, using Create campaign schedule.
The campaign schedule editor, showing the day selector, the allowed contact times, and the timezone
Give the schedule a name by selecting the title, and a description if it helps your team tell two schedules apart. A summary of the days you have picked appears under the name as you edit.

Outreach Schedule

Select the days you want outreach to go out on. Monday to Friday are selected by default. Then set Allowed contact times, the window within each of those days. The default is 9:00am to 7:00pm.

Timezone

Primary sets the timezone the contact times are measured in. The default is Pacific Time.
The timezone applies to the whole schedule, not to each contact. A 9:00am start in Pacific Time reaches someone on the east coast at noon their time. If you are calling across timezones, use a window that is reasonable at both ends.
Select Save & Exit when you are done. If you created the schedule from inside the campaign dialog you are returned there with the new schedule selected.
