Campaigns

Fluents.ai campaigns let you initiate calls to your leads based on your specific preferences and workflow requirements. A campaign allows you to:
  • Select or upload a list of leads.
  • Customize how and when calls are made.
  • Choose which agent will handle the conversations.
  • Monitor outcomes and performance.
Whether you’re running an outreach initiative, following up with warm leads, or qualifying inbound interest, campaigns give you full control over the call strategy.

Key Components

  • Leads Sheet – Upload or link to a Google Sheet or external source that contains your lead information.
  • Assigned Agent – Select which AI agent should handle the campaign calls.
  • Calling Window – Define timeframes for when calls should happen.
  • Retry Logic – Optionally configure how many times a lead should be retried if they don’t answer.
  • Callback Settings – Decide what happens if a lead requests a callback or more information.

Campaign Configuration

Start by setting up the basic details of your campaign:
  • Campaign Name – Give your campaign a unique name.
  • Campaign ID – Defaults to the campaign name but can be customized.
  • Description – Add context for internal use.
Next, define the schedule for your calls:
  • Start Date – When the campaign should begin.
  • Days of the Week – Choose which days to trigger calls (Monday through Sunday).
  • Time of Day – Specify the earliest and latest times to call (e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
  • Timezone – Set the local timezone for the campaign’s schedule.
  • First Call Timing – Determine when the first call should be placed once the campaign is active.

Uploading Leads

Now you’re ready to upload your lead list and start the campaign! You can either upload a CSV file or manually add leads to the campaign. If uploading a CSV file, make sure it includes the following columns:
  • from_number – The phone number assigned to your agent.
  • to_number – The phone number of the lead.
  • agent_id – The ID of the agent you want to assign to the call.
Once uploaded, click Import. When the next batch is triggered based on your schedule, these contacts will be automatically called.
